I create a space to evolve emotions at a pace that works for each individual – there’s no set formula and every experience is unique. My sessions allow a lot of grace and flexibility in terms of timelines and expectations.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping

EFT is a method that combines tapping on specific acupoints with cognitive reframing statements. It is a gentle and accessible tool for evolving and working with emotion, balancing and moving energy through the body’s meridians.

This is a simple, science-based tool that has profound effects, and can be used in ordinary moments throughout the day. I’ve found that it’s easiest to use this tool with a coach or healer who can hold space for neutrality and guide you through the experience, and with a bit of practice you can learn to do this on your own as well.

Sound Healing

Sound is a powerful healing mechanism: it vibrates every cell in our bodies and can immediately transport us to a memory or place, or summon up an experience. A sound bath is essentially bathing yourself (metaphorically) in sound.

They are done fully clothed, and I recommend using pillows and blankets so you’re able to get really comfortable to tune in and relax. I use traditional brass singing bowls, crystal alchemy bowls, tuning forks, and chimes to provide peace and ease: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. There’s no pressure or need to do anything special. Receive the sound and let the body do its magic!

Energy Medicine Work

The goal of energy medicine work is to look at an issue through an energetic lens to help with a healing process. For me, this combines intuitive skills with physical body movement, and pulls on energy tools that are over 5000 years old.

I can combine what I see intuitively with what my training has taught me about the body to see a path toward healing. This work can be done in tandem with western medicine to provide healing from all angles.

Intuitive Reading

When I look at something intuitively, I can see the energy of that situation, energetically read what’s going on, and then use that info to help you understand and move through the experience.

Everything is energy, and being able to look at a problem or confusion through this lens helps to take healing and processing to the next level.

Death Doula + Grief Education

This work is to help shepard a person who is nearing the end of their life. It is a very sacred and human time attending to the needs of the person who is dying and their family.

I’m constantly tuning into what is helpful in each moment: a sip of water, holding a hand, singing or reading. Grief work is so personal and profound, and sometimes it’s easier for loved ones to talk to a person who is not in the family, who can provide a neutral and non-judgemental space and normalize the experience.

Meditation

My daily work with meditation is about clearing the vessel, dropping the to-do list, and being in the moment. I use this tool to help me clear my space so I can create more time, to be fully present with my clients, and to create neutrality in my life.

There are lots and lots of meditation techniques and no “right” way to do it! Meditation can be a walk, a bath, a sound healing. We will work together to find a strategy that works for you, if you are interested in adding meditation to your daily rituals.

Talking + Processing

Being an active listener, holding a non-judgmental space, and being able to help you process from a place of neutrality is the core of my coaching practice. I want to help you have “aha moments,” evolve emotion, and feel lighter.

I will help you find the missing pieces to get to the next level and help you access your own path to healing in a gentle and constructive way. Together we will create a map for next steps, with clear action items and defined goals.

Yoga

Yoga is a great tool that incorporates a physical, almost seemingly magical aspect to healing. It can speed up the process, or take it a step further.I have experience in teaching multiple kinds of yoga and am able to incorporate them into our coaching work if they are helpful and aligned with overall goals
